Voice and Clarity is built around one core principle: your privacy is not a feature — it is the product. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and exactly how your information is handled. We've written it in plain language because you deserve to actually understand it.
Voice and Clarity is a solo advisory service offering anonymous, private clarity conversations. We are not a registered mental health provider. We are not a platform. We are a single-operator service built for people who need to think out loud without being tracked or identified.

When you submit a situation for a text response, or enter a live session, the content of what you share is used only for the purpose of generating your clarity response. It is not stored in a database, not analysed for patterns, and not used for any other purpose.
Once your session ends and your response is delivered, your session content is deleted. There is no archive. There is no searchable record.
Payments are processed through third-party providers: Easypaisa, JazzCash, standard bank transfer, or card processors. These providers have their own privacy policies which govern the payment transaction. Voice and Clarity does not receive or store your full payment credentials.
A payment reference is retained for a minimum period as required for basic financial record-keeping. This reference is not linked to your session content in any way.
This website uses Google Fonts (for typography loading) which may log font requests. No analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording tools, or behavioural tracking of any kind are installed on this website.

Because we collect almost nothing, there is very little to request, correct, or delete. However:
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your information to any third party — for any reason, including advertising, research, or analytics. Your session content is never shared with any person other than the session advisor.
The only exception would be if legally compelled by a court order — in which case we would notify you to the extent permitted by law.
Voice and Clarity is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this service.
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the change. If changes are significant, a notice will be displayed on the website for 30 days.
