Voice and Clarity is a solo, independent advisory service. It offers structured listening, perspective-sharing, and decision clarity conversations through text and voice formats. Sessions are delivered by a single human advisor — not AI, not a team, not a licensed clinician.
The service is designed for people who are confused, overwhelmed, or stuck in a decision — not for people experiencing clinical mental health conditions or psychological crises.
Using this service does not create any of the following relationships:
Advice given during sessions is perspective-based, not professional diagnosis. Nothing shared in a session should be treated as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By submitting a request or entering a session, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this service and should not submit any information.
This service is available globally, with primary availability in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and the Middle East. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of this service complies with any local regulations applicable to them.
Sessions are booked on a prepaid basis. Payment is collected before the session begins. The following conditions apply:
Cancellation: Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the advisor's discretion. Quick Clarity responses that have already been drafted are non-refundable.

Voice and Clarity maintains strict confidentiality of all session content. Your situation, your words, and your decisions are not shared with anyone.
In return, you agree not to share, publish, or disclose the specific techniques, response structures, or session frameworks used in a way that misrepresents the service or harms its integrity.
The only exception to advisor confidentiality: if a user expresses credible, immediate intent to harm themselves or others, the advisor reserves the right to take appropriate steps, including directing the user to emergency services.
Voice and Clarity provides perspective and structured clarity — it does not guarantee specific outcomes, decisions, or emotional results. The clarity you receive is meant to support your own thinking. What you decide and what you do with your session is entirely your own responsibility.
The advisor will always be honest, including about the limits of what a single conversation can do. Decisions with serious consequences — legal, medical, financial — should always involve qualified professionals.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voice and Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session in question.
You use this service at your own discretion and risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this service shall first be addressed through direct communication in good faith before any formal legal action.
