Safety Disclaimer
Please read carefully before using this service
Voice and Clarity cares about the people who use it. That care includes being completely honest about what this service can and cannot do — and ensuring that everyone who reaches out gets the right kind of support for what they're going through.
This service is not for mental health crises. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, psychotic episodes, severe depression, or any other mental health emergency — please stop and contact a professional helpline or emergency service immediately. Voice and Clarity is not equipped to provide that level of care.
What this service is designed for
Voice and Clarity is designed for people who are:
Confused about a decision — career, relationship, life direction, business
Overwhelmed by competing thoughts and unable to think clearly
Stuck in a situation and needing an outside perspective
Looking for a private, anonymous space to say what they can't say to the people in their lives
The key distinction: This service is for people who are emotionally challenged by a situation — not for people in psychological crisis. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or confused is not the same as experiencing a mental health emergency. This service is for the former.

What happens if a session touches crisis territory
Sometimes a conversation that begins as a clarity session reveals something more serious. If this happens, the advisor will:
Acknowledge what you've shared with care and without judgment
Be honest that this situation is beyond the scope of this service
Provide direct, specific information about the appropriate professional resources
Not abandon the conversation abruptly — the transition to a resource referral is done with care
In situations where there is credible and immediate risk of harm to you or others, the session will prioritise directing you to emergency services over continuing the clarity conversation.

A note on this service's purpose
Voice and Clarity exists because there is a real gap between "I'm fine" and "I need professional help" — and millions of people live in that gap every day, carrying decisions and feelings they have nowhere to put.
This service is for that gap. Not for crises. The clarity it offers is real and meaningful — but it is not a replacement for professional care when professional care is what is needed.
If you're ever unsure whether what you're experiencing falls within the scope of this service, reach out before booking — and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, or whether you'd be better served elsewhere.
Being redirected to a professional resource is not a rejection. It is the most honest form of care this service can offer.
